What is QB Worlds?

The QB Worlds is a Web Ring service for webmasters of QBasic & QuickBasic sites.

What is a Web Ring?

A Web Ring is one of the best ways to find great sites. Similar sites are grouped together in rings and each site is linked to another by a simple navigation bar. Rings form a concentration of sites, allowing visitors to quickly find what they are looking for.

By dispIaying the QB Worlds portal on your page, you provide a portal to other QB related sites, and to your own from pages of other members. This is an excellent means for visitors to locate other QB pages, as well as increasing the traffic to your own site.

How do I join?

Everybody is welcome to join the ring assuming the following requirements are met:

  • The site must contain substantial QB content (although not necessarily exclusively QB)
  • It must be at least vaguely interesting.. (this shouldn't be a problem as everything QB related is automatically interesting ;)
  • Once accepted, you will need to display the QB Worlds portal somewhere on your site

If you would like to join the QB Worlds web ring, simply fill out the form below. Your site will then be assessed  within the next few days, and you will be notified of the outcome via email. If you are successful, you will also be sent a link to the code to include in your page.

And it's as simple as that!

Notes on completing the form

Please check the fields before submitting the form. If the URL is broken, the site will be rejected. If your email is incorrect, you won't receive the portal code, and eventually get removed for not displaying it!
